I lost weight, so my unique physique could stick out more. I have always well groomed curly hair due to my decent hair care routine. Skin is better than ever thanks to dht blockers + regular skincare rountine. I'm basically tryharding to look somehwat like my profile picture because of similar pheno. Right now, I almost feel like I made it. I just need a few very well done hardmaxxes and could achieve a quite unique aesthetic.

I could look like in this picture(effortlessly), but I'm frauding by pushing my mandibles forward. My whole body starts to relax when I do this. And the maxilla is recessed af. With a bit of luck, there might be only an upper jaw movement necessary.

Other than that, I plan to get implants around the face for more symmetry. + Fat grafts probably after all the surgery, the skin is going to be stretched.
