I’ve become skeptical of the paradigm that is love

Why is it that we are so conditioned to believe exactly what the media has taught us about “love”

Well naturally, we are polygamous, but it still feels against my instinct to cheat, so long as my partner fulfills all of my needs (not to say that I WOULD cheat on my partner(partly because I have never been in the situation for it to occur)) but I simply have no contention against monogamy, and I believe a lot of us in the community who haven’t ever had a loving girlfriend feel the same.
