I've been awake for 40 hours, with 30 of those hours spent working.
Surprisingly, I still feel a strong urge to keep going and not rest, even though I'm aware that I should get some sleep.
My ability to maintain such a work ethic is noteworthy, isn't it?
However, In reality this level of productivity was only possible due to my abuse of lisdexamfetamine, a stimulant. Without this drug, I am nothing. Extraordinarily incompetent is a fitting description for me.
This isn't self-loathing; it's simply an honest assessment of my situation. It's just the way things are.
It is what it is.
