I don't think the difference is big but I think it's something to bounce off, it gives me hope for further growth.

For clarification I'm 16, 180cm and weigh 65kg. Although I'm pretty sure a good chunk of the progress is puberty I still would like to believe I did some of the work.
I don't think this is the end, hopefully I get more progress soon. I'll update in 6 months from now.

Not much tbf I do test 250mg and take alendronate, although I don't know the effects of alendronate on bone growth exactly, because I haven't researched it enough, but it's used in patients with osteoporosis. I also just get lots of calcium and magnesium but other then that nothing really :feelshaha: I am planning on doing other things to get more growth soon

Right, imma burst your bubble pal...
But that's not ,,bone growth", it's called muscle hypertrophy, that in combinatuon with ,,roid bloat", gives the illusion of ,,more facial bone growth"

The moment you stop roids, it's going to go back the way it was before, or even worse then before if you're unlucky....

As I said I'm off test for 3 months now. Nothing has changed except for the bloat, we'll see if it actually will go as you said it would or if it'll continue getting better. I appreciate you telling me this in advance and I'll keep it in mind, if ur interested in how it goes just check out the next post in 6 months

What does alendronate do? Like in general

It works by slowing down bone breakdown, allowing the body to rebuild normal bone and reduces the risk of fractures. I use it because I break bones really easily but I do think it has helped with facial development in some way.
