these people commenting are fuckin retarded. go get an adjustable derma STAMP, not roller. The most effective routine is every other week (i do fridays for both):

Collagen Production: 1mm on forehead, cheeks, chin, and philtrum.

Facial/scalp hair: 1.5mm every OTHER week on areas you wish to grow hair on.

Make sure you do ONE then the OTHER every week. For instance, this friday do Hair stamping, next week do collagen stamping, and repeat the cycle.

also, the guy that said twice a week is retarded because you were only doing 0.25mm, which is good to do twice a week. but if you go bigger, only do it once.
