Literally woke up one random day and had pain and swelling on the left testicle. Then went to the urologist who thought it was orchitis but then got blood tested and had elevated levels of a cancer marker and MRI confirmed it. Unfair cuz I'm straight edge, I never done any drugs never drunk alcohol or smoked, I'm not even going out most of the day and I pray to God. I see people having fun doing a bunch of low vibrational shit and degenerate things and no I'm not hating on them but I'm angry cuz it's unfair tbh. Most likely it's karma because I did some bad illegal shit 5 years ago and God wants to give me lesson now
