And I’ve come to the conclusion that a plant based diet is superior

Too much meat clogs your arteries and gives you gout, so I will only be eating it once a week from now on

The american diatetics association, which is the largest gathering of practicing health professionals in the world, states a plant based diet is the healthiest diet and is adequate for all stages of life.

Look, i don’t give a fuck really what diet you follow. just experiment with different diets for yourself. I landed to the conclusion meat is optimal through trial and error. Listening to different people’s options (like just get essential fast and protein, rest carbs etc or whatever other diet). After trying meat, eggs, butter, raw dairy i will never eat any other way.

Where do you get your false knowledge from then?

It's optimal for longevity.

If your goal is body building, you need 0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyfat, complete amino acid profile (Which you can get from rice and beans, or eggs), and creatine.

Arterial plaque is found every body, of every native carnivore person we've examined. Even ones frozen in the artic from hundreds of years ago. When the arterial plaque builds up too much it causes death or stroke (brain damage).

I mean if you say it’s reversals i see no issue what so ever about prioritising eating meat in your younger years when you need the nutrient density form meat etc and then if you want transition to that plan based stuff later on in life, but idk, i most likely won’t.

everything regarding nutrition etc seems to be heading in the complete wrong direction to the point i will not believe any study or anything pushed by the media about nutrition. muh eggs are bad cos of cholesterol, what bs. or It’s common knowledge that vegetable oils are bad for you for example, yet the american heart association wanna tell me they are healthy. i just won’t fall for their bs. i will stick to what we have done since the beginning of time, if it was really that bad the human race would have died out.

imo there’s a point where so much bs is pushed u just gotta use some common sense.

For a looksmaxxer the only diet you need is a ketogenic one, high protein meat diets are impossible to follow. I doubt many people eat a carnivore diet. Its doable with lots of butter and egg yolks though. Without fat you will just have a build up of iron and uric acid which isn't good.

I would say people try a standard keto diet - avacado, olive oil, non starchy vegetables, butter, some beef/chicken (try to get organic food if possible) and then do what makse sense from there.

You need to perserve your PSL as you age as well as look debloated (keto will do that given it helps with any insulin issues etc. especially if your organ function is non Chad tier like mine jfl)

The raw meat stuff has some logic to it, try to maybe add some raw butter, egg yolks, maybe meat if you want to risk it to your diet from time to time however the ketogenic aspect for PSL is more important. We need to think in macro terms rather than micro terms.
