i think i’m developing some shit

i am HELLA paranoid recently
and i feel like everything around me is about to broke

i feel like something VERY bad will happen soon and it will just destroy everything

i also can’t go out anywhere by myself anymore. i always feel like somebody’s watching me even in my own house

i keep getting scared and looking behide me and shit. i can also almost FEEL someone there if you get what i mean?

same I don’t know if this is called derealization or something but it’s extremely hard to explain I’ll just stop whatever I’m doing in the middle of my day or whatever and I’ll just like derealize if that makes sense basically I feel like I’m not even in reality anymore and I sometimes even forget that I’m actually like in reality basically I was standing in my bathroom and a half I forgot I was even standing in there
