my mum wouldn't buy me coconut oil and made me pay. i hate spending money and almost didn't, but i'm glad i did. i feel like carrot salad is raising my iq.

i am going to make some carrot salad now. it will fill my tummy and clear out the bad stuff in my intestines. i think that's what it does. it's good

Ideally you’d also add acv to it and grate in a lateral manner. Believe it or not if you chew less it becomes more potent but don’t choke on it . Listen to BAP describing it and how you should ideally make it;

i grate lengthwise and add distilled vinegar (dont have acv) to it indeed my bbc. watched that vid yesterday, wish he didnt use that cringey ass voice

Coconut oil also increases metabolism and helps w fat loss. It has many benefits try to get it , it’s one of the most relatively PUFA free foods.

Yesh the carrot should help, but nuking all bacteria is ideal just dangerous. You can do this with an OTC oregano high concentrate oil, its the most powerful natural full spectrum antibiotic. But the first few weeks on it are nasty be warned
