I violently bonesmashed my zygos with a hammer Friday at 6am now it's Tueday 7am and I still got this pressure headache it feels like my head is about to explode anytime my neck is stiff my ear is ringing when will this stop

It's not a stroke or aneurysm if I'm still alive typing this after 97 hours right? just hurt very badly maybe a concussion it feels better when I lay down flat the more I move the worse the pain become

I was going crazy with the hammer I bled my zygos are still swollen
