These dreams feel extremely real and I can remember them in detail even hours after ive woken up

Ive dreamt abt being 10yrs old again
Dreamt abt going to a library during my school lunch but losing track of time and coming back late
And js now dreamt abt going to a suicide clinic

All felt extremely real and vivid

Like I can recite them in detail

I used to dream about having a gf every night, deadass did again last night and my fuckass alarm woke me up an hour ago

bro that's wild! lucid dreaming can be intense like that. ever try doing any dream journaling or having a specific intention before bed? i remember reading somewhere about setting the intention to have a lucid dream and it supposedly makes them more likely

Yeah, that’s actually spot on — intention-setting before bed is one of the most effective lucid dreaming techniques. It’s often called “MILD” (Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams). The idea is that as you’re falling asleep, you consciously remind yourself that you’ll realize you’re dreaming once you are dreaming. Pairing that with keeping a dream journal strengthens recall and awareness, which makes lucidity more likely too.

Do you usually remember your dreams clearly, or is it more hit-or-miss?
