Microneedling and Red-light therapy would help in getting rid of those remaining acne scars. Everything else is good, probably requites a good budget but if money isn't a problem then more power .

Have you also looked into anti aging supplements. Might help in the rebuilding of the new skin after your micro needling procedure is done ( or you mentioned face lift , not sure if that is needed though vs micro needling )
