How long does this shit take holy shit. I think I’m 1/3 of the way there, so I’m estimating I have a month left until lean. Lol this shit takes so much patience it’s actually insane, no wonder some people just prefer getting surgery over this. Legit the most boring looksmax ever, and u can’t cope with food at all

It takes a while. It is definitely the most boring (and the most trying) looksmax, but it is the most powerful. Every minute towards it is worth it. Leanmaxx is, always has been, and always will be law. You will do this. Be thinner, look better.

There's no point in being lean if you're not also muscular.
I cut all the way from 168.2 lbs @ 167cm down to 128.1 lbs in <8 months. And yeah I got laid here and there. But that was also true when I was a fat ass too. Being lean isn't going to help as much as you think it is.
I have since bulked up to 150.8 lbs in a year.
Would I want to go back to being fat? No. But I don't want to go back to being 128.1 lbs either. lmfao.

It's good tho that you're taking it slow as to not deteriorate significantly more muscle alongside fat than you would if you were to be doing a steep cut.
As to coping with food, look up Greg Doucette protein ice cream recipe. ~400 calories for an insane amount of something akin to frozen yogurt. Prob not best for glycogen given the carbs but for maintaining a caloric deficit I 10/10 recommend.

You need Xanthan gum, Frozen fruit, Ice, Protein Powder and Water or Milk
Bonus, u can add zero cal sweetener. For me, the sugar in the fruit is sufficient.

Xanthan gum is a hydrocolloid, which means it can absorb and hold onto a significant amount of water. When added to a blended dish like a smoothie, it increases the volume and thickness of the liquid. This creates a creamier and thicker texture, making your smoothie feel significantly more substantial and filling.
Tl;dr xantham gum exponentially increases the mass/volume of the dish without increasing calories

Frozen fruit
Frozen fruit (Depending on what fruit you choose, some i.e. dates, bananas are actually calorically dense) has little to no calories

Strawberries: Approximately 32 calories per 100 grams.
Raspberries: Approximately 52 calories per 100 grams.
Blackberries: Approximately 43 calories per 100 grams.
Blueberries: Approximately 49 calories per 100 grams.
Cranberries: Approximately 46 calories per 100 grams.
Tl;dr fruit is calorically sparse, also it's sweet so it makes the dish taste good

Ice
Combines w the Xanthan gum and increases the mass of the dish exponentially

Protein Powder
Makes it thicker, also ez protein consumption

Texture

I am missing several symptoms for Klinefelters. My body composition is much better now than it was in June 2022 before I started lifting and I was lighter back then. The cure for skinnyfat is lifting or athletic activity that challenges your muscles. The skinny Chads with flat stomachs in junior high and high school growing up, they were good at sports. And I was never good at sports. I don't know what they were doing. But when they were on the roster for our school, I bet the coach had them doing push-ups (which works your chest, shoulders and triceps), pull-ups and chin-ups (works your back, biceps and forearms). And in Grade 9 phys ed our BBC gym teacher had us in the weight room a few times. So if you were part of a sports team in high school, chances are you had access to that weight room. Though it was a small ass room. They didn't have a whole lot of machines and free weights. I don't even think we had a squat rack in our high school weight room.

You can not leanmaxx your way into the promised land if you have no muscle. No woman is going to take a 120 lb man seriously.

Eating in a calorie deficit is easy (though yes it does suck after awhile). Lifting heavy things to or close to failure 3-6 times a week and having to eat lots of protein and calories throughout the day is hard work.

I don't think you guys realize just how competitive the dating market is in 2023. Especially with how picky guys are on this website, if you aren't making legit bank, you have to be ridiculously good looking to get the women you want to sleep with you for free.
 
I've only recently gotten under 15%... from 19% and I started in May. You're also tall,so it will take longer. Try swimming though. Almost as many advantages as gymcelling and you'll burn fat very fast too.

Been at it for a month, lost like 5-6kg, without calorie counting and still eating like shit, tbh. I need to eat more protein and eat a bit more healthy and I probably would've lost 8-9kg by now, but we're getting there. This is the leanest I've been in years.
