I use to be really really fat. At my worse I was at 280 keep in mind I’m only 5’9 1/2. Then I started eating better and hitting the gym getting down to around 170. But in the middle of this I got diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease which made my body start hurting and made me have less energy, also making me very depressed. So I completely gave up soon after and started gaining weight slowly again. The most I weighed again was around 230. But I started losing weight again by drinking only water and milk, and eating 1-2 meals a day only. Now I’m around 225-226, I plan to keep losing weight. I can’t really go to the gym anymore because my body is just not fit for it with my condition but I lift dumbbells sometimes. I may also start going on late night walks.
