Not autistic but I suffered from very bad OCD and depression and as a consequence kind of fell off a cliff socially. Used to be popular in school, was good looking, played sports, etc. I didn’t go to college and didn’t stay in touch with people after highschool so I’ve been a loner for like 4 years; it’s hard to get laid when you have no friends and don’t go to college. If I had either or those things it definitely would’ve happened by now. I had multiple opportunities to get laid in highschool and was good looking but at that point my mental illness was already ravaging me and the last thing I cared about was sex.

Mental illness is truly a bitch and has robbed so much time and experiences and milestones from me, but I’m done feeling sorry for myself about it and am actively making changes. Actually went to the gym 5x last week and am picking up right where I left off this week too. I want to be lean and I want to be good looking again
