I've been rated Cutecel so many times how can I improve?

Is it a testosterone problem or the glasses, I cant do anything about the glasses because no other options work. I go to the gym daily but dont sleep very well and dont get alot of food. I'm thinking the only thing that will save me is maxxing my test and gaining weight.

You should def lose bodyfat and try to get a wider jaw at least with masseter training, then get rid of glasses. They're a huge nerf and make your eyes look big, wear contacts instead. One more thing get thicker brows with minox 5% and clear your skin with benzoyl peroxide 5%, grow out your hair too

Grow out your hair too and experiment with facial hair
Check out BOTB Threads about clear skin (they will give you advice on accutane, vitamin C serums, retinol etc.)
Other than that remove your glasses (some way or another if not possible fuck it) and adapt the beauty quadrant in your life (good chewing and posture habits) to prevent recession

WHO is calling you cutecell :ROFLMAO: they blind or sum'?

But seriously, maybe get better frames for your face shape unless you can get contact lenses, up your test levels (naturally unless you really gotta), go to the gym 5 times a week instead, get a strict 8-9 hours of sleep, sleeping from 10-11PM until 7-8AM as much as possible, try and eat like 2-3,000 calories everyday, I personally eat peanut butter a lot to fill out missed calories while being kinda healthy.

I would continue building muscle, eating healthy (all the nutrients and minerals, they are very easy and cheap to fill out btw), and maybe debloat/lean out in your face once you are happy with your muscles, thicken your eyebrows and fix their tilt, and work on your skin to make sure it is squeaky clear. You have ok potential if you implement these (and more that i likely forgot to mention) now and not later.

dont goon and hop on low dose test, get contacts, let the hair grow, jaw implants if u are over 17/18 and oral minoxidil
