i usually sleep 10 hrs also, but im forced to sleep 8 now as i get woken up in the last 10 mins coz of the beta frequency coming on, so might not be good if you sleep 8hrs plus. in fact, im trynna find a vid like this but longer, so lmk if any1 finds one.
