today i ate 2 croissants and instant noodles so already 2000 calories (too much)

so tomorow i'm planning on leaving at 5:30 and walking 57 km (35 Miles)
and do gym aswell

all while only having 500 calories or MAXIMUM 1,700 calories

i plan on doing this 57 km walk twice a week with the rest of the week being 8.5 km walk to the gym and 8.5 km walk back

will i lean out from 90kgs in 2 months

graduated early so now i have the time to drop the weight
as i badly need to drop to 10-12% BF before July

no GLPP1 running off of pure spite and jealousy

with an energy drink and some gum i can deal with it

I'm also doing things, but I'm never going to not call out a stupid question/idea when it's there. Not even hating this is just a really stupid idea like doing long amounts of cardio on basically no food

i had that prepackage cup thing which was 360
but the croissant i don't know and i know the ones i bought from the baker are very heavy in cals

its on some food 1,700 is the bare minimum amount for such a long walk and workout
especially since i'm doing a very intensive fat cut
