today i ate 2 croissants and instant noodles so already 2000 calories (too much)
so tomorow i'm planning on leaving at 5:30 and walking 57 km (35 Miles)
and do gym aswell
all while only having 500 calories or MAXIMUM 1,700 calories
i plan on doing this 57 km walk twice a week with the rest of the week being 8.5 km walk to the gym and 8.5 km walk back
will i lean out from 90kgs in 2 months
