I’ve been thinking about developing IRL Superpowers

Now think about it if we can develop steroids there’s surely a way how to get people light superpowers.. now we need to find the way how to because the government are hiding it… I’m researching how to make a serum which will give light superpowers maybe like the super soldier serum think about it.. it’s not unachieveable.
