i thunk that ramieri or pagnoni might be good. there are other less popular surgeons, but i suggest u find it urself. im thunking that if they blow up in popularity, their prices will increase a lot.

i recommend only using peek or titanium. peek first choice. dr kovalovsky is good too, but i thunk that his implant material, high density porous polyethylene, isnt that good. hard to remove

I saw those high density polyethylene implants, and they aren’t porous (the word porous is wrong there) and that way they wouldn’t be hard to remove.

does it cause functional issues? I'm fine with just looking unnatural only when i clench tbh

I think you would lose most of your bite force if the muscle is largely unattached. It can never attach to an implant.

For me the jaw angle solution is ramus widening for the width and then a little bit of filler for outward gonion look.

I dont think you can prevent it, but i dont think any bite force is lost. It just looks related and tou can lose width from the front and also the apparent ramus height from the front. But bimax in itself might change bite force and make it a bit weaker
