Not anymore because I have more or less eliminated my accent by this point. I've worked really hard on it now I just sound like normal American anglo (except for slightly slurry and retarded speech but I have that when speaking in Russian too)
In my middle school in USA Spanish was spoken more than English so there nobody gave a shit about my accent. Freshman year of American high school people would always bombard me with these cringe Reddit memes and it actually made me so fucking mad I worked really hard on fixing accent just cuz how annoying that shit was

I think the reason someone thought you sounded gay is cause Russians are expected to have these super thick raspy voices on top of their accents and you seem a lot more "American-mannered" with your wording and tone (in comparison to their assumptions), so maybe that's it.

My manner of speech and tone is the same for when I speak English and when I speak Russian. I'm quite estrogenic though jfl. I literally have a higher pitched voice now at 18 than I did at 15, listening Back to recordings.

If someone said you sound gay (and they were gay themselves) it probably means you sound girly in some way, regardless of whether your voice is deep or high in that case cause that means it's your mannerisms instead.
