I for sure need to get my neck thicker and maybe do something about my hair. Acne has been a reocurring problem, everytime one singular pimple goes away, another one appears. I also get this shadow around my lips when under the right lighting, though I have no idea if that's a good thing or a sign that I'm recessed. Another obvious flaw I notice is my nose being slightly (or maybe not so slightly) tilted to my left.

What rating you guys think I get and any tips would be appreciated :)

I used to do a bunch of neck curls back in the day but I could never truly get to failure because I'd get dizzy. What I started doing is isometric training, just grab a pillow, fold it long way so It's like a V and put it under your chin and against your neck and then just try as hard as you can (as if your life depended on it) to curl your neck, maintain that for 15 seconds and then BOOM, that is the equivalent of doing a set of neck curls to failure (a bajilion reps) in just 15 seconds. Rest for a minute or two and do it again. Ideally I'd do it for two sets every two days.

If you can't maitain the full force for 15 seconds, you can break the 15s seconds in three 5 seconds of full force, with 1-3 seconds between each cycle.

It may seem silly but isometrics really work, hope I helped ya :)
