Surely this only limits your use , it’s inevitable you’ll snap and go right back into the habit as soon as you see one of the plethora of sexual triggers modern society shoves in your face.

Damn, I know exactly how you feel. I was an early fapstronaut, stumbling upon nofap in the early 2010s (2011 or 2012). However, for years I tried to quit porn, but I was never able to. My record was 21 days, in 2014. I never beat that record until 2024, when I got to 30 days without masturbating, but I am not sure if I watched porn or not. For me, porn was and always is the hardest to quit. But it doesn’t make me do any drugs or anything.
