I started in may and ive gotten stronger (5kg to 12.5kg) but still see no physical progress and im still a fatass. I recently switched to 2x to failure maybe that will help:feelswhy:

buddy is training till mild discomfort, maybe also fix your diet too

Train 4 times a week max 4-8 reps max
on the highest weight you can do.

if you feel pain after a workout you did too much

Also don't train until failure it's stupid you should stop right before failure

And eat meat
