Reaching paradise is every Muslims goal and you can only enter it through gods compassion. Your obligations such as prayers etc. may grant you different paradise stages, but as I prior said your entry is only possible if god is in compassion with you. Your fate lies in gods hands and his rewarding system is twisted because there are instances where

-Someone could dedicate his whole life to Islam and still go to hell, because of one situation where the person’s way of handling wasn’t seen as appropriate or because of certain unappealing characteristics the person have.
Or
- someone who sinned his whole life could enter paradise by doing a single one deed,
begging for forgiveness with the expectation of being Muslim in the first place.

So theoretically speaking every Muslim could enter hell even if the act tawbah (asking for forgiveness) is done, because it is all up to god if he accepts your forgiveness or not. To ensure yourself of entering paradise, realistically speaking every Muslim should partake in jihad, because it’s the only secure way. Without that you are in constant fear of entering hell.
If paradise provides longevity and the time on earth fades away, why aren’t many partaking in Jihad?
But there are even rules when it comes to jihad
and you have to obey them.
So, in all its hypocritical if someone who assumes to have choosen the right religion not take the shortcut, but rather slave away his life for the elites, who don’t support his views and being religious with the commonly fact that he could enter hell
