For me I just find it relaxing and something to take your mind off of for a couple of minutes

Never rlly liked pouches like snus or zyns doesn't give that relaxing calming taking your mind off type of feeling that smoking does

Also I feel like it just gives u hit after hit of nic which isn't good cuz then you'll throw up

Lmao I remember the first time I tried a zyn I felt like shit probably cuz it's just raping your receptors from getting nic so much

For me when I would smoke in the summer (and vale every other time of the year) id be more relaxing and I could last a bit more longer without having to cough or spit

The calmness would be greater if I were to smoke weed but the coughing would be terrible
