We've heard the term beer goggles, right? It means a facially ugly chick looks somewhat better when your drunk.
So what exactly is Stacey Goggles? Stacey Goggles is where your around so many fat/overweight chicks that a slim/normal weight but facially plain woman (Becky) looks like a 9/10 Stacey in comparison. But reality is she's just a 5-6/10 plain jane that keeps herself at a respectable/desirable body weight.
This even effects Chads. It effects all men. Chad might be working in a small office and his 6 female coworkers are all chubby/fat.... or just middle aged. Then slim Becky joins the team and he's immediately catching feelings for her and checking her size 4 body out. But so is the slim average joe in accounts. She's elevated to Princess levels, where as if more of her female peers were in shape that wouldn't be the case, as the male attention would be evenly distributed and not centered on 1 or 2 women in a group of 6 women. This could happen in any social group situation at a bar/club/hobby group. I just used the workplace as an example.
