I've decided to get a rhinoplasty before a BSSO

I will just grow a long beard to hide my recessed mandible. So the only surgery I need is a rhinoplasty.

If I can get a girlfriend after the rhinoplasty then I won't even consider jaw surgery.

I know extractions are extremely common for jaw surgery but I would still like to avoid them if possible and since extractions are 100% necessary in my case it will be the last surgery I do.

If youre gonna get a lefort 1 with your BSSO id suggest getting the rhino after unless its non surgical

No surgeon in my country thinks I need a lefort so I would only go with a BSSO.

You need to go to a good aesthetically minded surgeon. I was recommended extractions before and only BSSO. I consulted with well known surgeons that actually do anterior/posterior downgrafting and impaction and all of them said I was very clearly a bimax case.
