Physically? Blasted the fuck out of accutane, got tan, good physique, Botox, PDO threads(it was DIY idk if it worked), latisse currently, roids, and other softmaxes

Mentally; just took a lot of self reflecting and deep talks with my good friends. I recommend befriending some women to be honest, despite what this site says they can be valuable friends

Botox was for my lips, raised the corners and makes it slightly more plump, and lowered my brows. The lips were really effective, brows were good but not an insane difference

PDO was for some skin on my jaw and I tried to do for nasolabial folds but failed the second one
