I've finally somehow fixed my skin

On my previous post (months ago) i asked advice on how to fix my subhuman skin, ill leave down the picture i've uploaded on the thread, and after 90% of the people suggested me to use pharmaceuticals like accutane or any other product i kept coping and thinking that there must be another way... but after trying diets and dumb products i've figured that getting a prescribed product (by a derma) wouldn't have been so bad. So here am i, my skin burns and hurts when it gets stretched because of these harsh products... but i have to admit it has gotten much better, question is.. people noticed, and i feel like admitting i used products would be somewhat weird, should i? Or just say some bullshit?

Still, in my opinion, there's nothing wrong with using skin products. I don't see a valid reason not to admit to using them.
