I've actually managed to find a way to see what my height could be if I fix apt.
If anyone else had the same issue, raise your one leg up, then get an aerosol can and align it to the wall and bring down til it touches your head.
Then mark it and it's going to tell you how tall you could be with apt.
I've done this and it looks like I could gain 1.5 cm from this.
