I've fucked up my brain so bad

I feel so sluggish, I make dumb mistakes, my memory is ATROCIOUS and I can't do problem solving

I fucked upp. From ages 11-16 my screentime has been around 10 hours a day (Maybe less at 11-12). I've almost always slept under 8 hours. Sleeping 4-6 has been really common. I have barely socialized which stunted my social skills as well. I'm so fried bro. Like my brain is not doing well
