finished my cut at 72.5kg, now at 78.5kg 2 weeks later

2 weeks of gymcelling hardcore, smoking weed everyday and binging on Christmas food

Been brutilising my neck everyday too without fail. It feels bigger already

What do you guys think about mini cuts? e.g. bulk for 2 months then cut for 2 weeks and repeat

ur still natty right? keep me updated on neck progress, i got a neck harness at home but too high inhib to use in the gym and too lazy to use it at home need

I was thinking about doing the same but i don't like it because the body needs time to adapt to certain situations and start processing everything consistently like a machine, so 2 weeks of a cut is not enough.

I'll probably just do a very little calorie surplus when i finish the cut, straight maintenance to even a 100+ calories, and then cut for a month or month and a half after like 10 months or whatever it might be.

1500calories max every day + 30 minutes of cardio and no sugar

Already lost 10lbs in less than a month 😭🙏🏼

My genetics are horrendous. My body wants me to be fat so bad, it's impossible for me to stay lean year round. But I guess going from 2000 calories to 4000 overnight during the Christmas period certainly doesn't help.

Yeah I'm natty. I only train neck at home, I use the harness to train the back.

As for the front I lie on my bed and curl a plate on my forehead, the do bodyweight for the sides

I watched a video of me back in 2020 and I looked fucking pathetic with a straw tier neck. No idea how I even got any IOIs with a neck like that, it failod the fuck out of me. It grows pretty quick if you train hard and are consistent

Legit, I usually do the same but it was Christmas and I had my friend stay with me for two weeks so it was full rot mode binging on goy slop

Make sure to fast every sunday if you are bulking otherwise you are fucking up your gut health to much and get bloated which is ropefuel

I got no clue. All I know is if you don’t have visible abs you’ve bulked too much.
 
My neck just won't grow. I think it's impossible to grow long necks. Maybe I should buy a harness though because so far I have just done all the different variations of neck curls and extensions with a plate on the bench.

I grew mine 1.5 inches in 2 months

Train it until failure

Yeah same here, mine is looking thicker tbh but when I measured it, nothing changed

Thinking about buying harness myself

Me too. No measurable size gains after months of training, even though it got stronger. I will try to train it extremely hard like OP recommends with very high volume, although I was already training to failure on it. Do you have a long neck too?

Yes, relatively

I also train to failure but not as long as you, I do about 3 sets of 10kg for flex and extension, 15 reps per set on flex and 30 on extension

What about you?

Similar numbers for me. I'll try training it brutally, then if no gains by the end of this month, I will buy a harness. I've been avoiding the harness though because it will look retarded and embarrassing bringing it to and using it in the gym I go to.

Try training at night if you have the time, in my gym it's usually just a few guys at night

I'm not too worried about harness since people already look when I train neck now but yeah, it definitely looks weirder

Just use it at home, that's what I do

I'd never take my harness into the gym
 
During some of my bulks I go over 95 kg easily.
 
does it make a difference with women?

do they say anything?
Yeah I’ve had random girls grope me from nowhere and loads of comments about my arms, chest ect

But my neck is still small so I can’t comment on that
