Ive managed to improve my midface ratio , fwhr and basically every ratio.

Hylouronic acid or however u fucking spell it helps decently i was at a family members house and i used it on my nose and it blew up:lul::lul::lul: so ig that works idk much ab fat stimulators but the acid brings fluid
