oh shit mb and for like skincare i put some lotion on my face that’s it

yeah then i’d agree with the guys above saying salycilic. tret may help but i’d start with 0.5% retinol every three days. i’d maybe add benzoyl peroxide face wash 1-2 times a week. dont jump into the deep end right away.

forgot to mention with those actives you should use spf every day or else you’ll just fuck ur skin up more in the long run
