almost a year of hardcore ldar and speaking <100 words per week has taken a huge toll. I used to have a lisp but today I couldn’t even speak English with the delivery guy. I could barely say the sentence ‘cheers mate, stay safe’ it sounded like a retarded ape trying to socialise. By the time I was done blabbering my mouth was full of saliva and the normie just looked at me weird and took off.

this is true I think, but one needs to be careful to not overuse the same phrase

When you add in these filler expressions, you need no brainpower thinking about what you're saying. You've done it many times and know exactly how to choose tonality etc, you can use that time to think about what saying next.

The difficult part is to adjust these expressions to the specific social situation you're in I'd say.

Online communication is 99% of my social interaction
I cant find the words in irl conversations, I cant pause for long periods or retype what I previously typed...
