It all comes down for this simply:
Tall man is more likely to get promotion at work. Therefore gets more money. Therefore gets to beta buxx more qualify foid who likely will be taller than average foid. Rich tall man will decide to live in nice area along with other rich cels who have a high probability of being tall as a reason for them being rich. Remember that 58% of CEOs are over 6’.
So we have the offspring in these rich areas that come from tall beta buxx and probably tall mother. That’s why in rich suburbs the average height is so much taller.
Meanwhile Manlets dont progress in their career as much and if they do manage to beta buxx the foid may not be as health focused as a rich mans wife would be, leading to the offspring having suboptimal prenatal conditions.
Even in historic times up till the 1900s, wealthy men were always taller. Think ww1 British general pheno height mogger vs Birmingham factory worker poorcel foot soldier.

Yeah thats pretty much it, height is like a self sustaining cycle, the tall guy gets promoted, gets lots of money. So he has kids, and of course they get good nutrition and grow to their full height, their mom is more responsible so they dont have their development stunted or any problems in the womb and they have an easy path to getting a job where they make lots of money and have a high status. And then they have kids and it repeats. But the difference like you say in wwI would have been in large part due to nutritional differences unlike now when its almost entirely genetic. In one study conducted there was an average difference of 4 inches between the lower and upper classes in britain in the period between world war I and world war II, but when their diets were improved sometime after world war II the height difference almost disappeared.
