Seen red pill Hamza self improvement videos since like 2021 and I never literally listened to any of the advice . I just watched it for entertainment

In 2022 I saw *************'s shitty advice and hair tips but I never really did anything. Tried a few things but quit after a bit

in like early 2023 I got blackpill and looksmaxxing content on my FYP. I mewed for a few months before realizing how stupid this is . I did try to improve a bit by like excersising or something before winter but when the ground froze I stopped that too.

I have no idea what I even did in 2024. I actually did try improving but gave up when I realized how useless it was.

Ever since that I've just rotted. I look significantly worse than I did a few years ago. I haven't gotten a haircut in almost probably a year now?
