You are young enough to be borderline 100% looksmaxed by the time you go to college/university.

Giving up now just means you will be starting from square one when you will probably want to be looksmaxed the most.

Lose some weight fat piece of shit, that’s the only looksmax you need you lazy fucking degenerate, meanwhile I need sarpe, bimax, and eye surgery plus vigorous skincare routine so I don’t age like shit, losing weight is the best and easiest looksmax there is.

Should I starve max I have 1 month until my next school year starts I am good at maintaining my weight but losing is hard I might just starve and then due my brows and see what happens

First of all never starve you’re just going to make yourself skinnyfat and probably will STILL have a fat face

Second of all, it’s not an on/off switch it’s a spectrum
The leaner you are the better you are, meaning any amount leaner than you are now is going to be an improvement regardless

I’ve lost lots of weight so far but I’m skinny fat and it’s hard and Idek if leanmaxxinf will do anymore even though I still can look pretty fat when I chin tuck but everyone can

If you’re skinny fat you’re not lean you’re just muscleless and all fat (including your face)
Also if you eat a lot of sodium and shit you’re probably bloated, I would try lowering your sodium intake and see if you like the difference
If you don’t, fuck it eat what you want
If you do though, then stick to it

Nah I just didn’t lift and only did cardio and eat at caloric deficit, I’m still fat though I’d say I have about 10-15lbs I can lose of fat, so you think I should lift max hard asf and see what happens, how long will this take you think I have month until school

How long it takes depends on how dedicated you are, how often you fuck up, your genetics etc

You don’t want to lose too fast or you might give yourself loose skin, destroy your muscles etc etc. you don’t necessarily have to lift “hard af,” you just need to consistently lift to keep your metabolism in check and to combat muscle loss

Also if you don’t play sports, start playing sports. It’s like a damn cheat code

If you’re very young just join a sports team and that’s gonna set you up properly for everything
If you’re a little older though it should be fine but make sure you’re eating enough and preferably healthily

Im to old for sports now, I need to blast protein and lift weights HARDCORE all year and get myself ima good position for when I move away for uni and have new starting ground
