Honestly;
- Developing's not worth it unless ur a notorious 3D Modeler or a multi-end scripter
- Selling clothes is optimal but it's been flooded with newgens and they all rob each other (I rob as well)
- UGC is fine, but you need a big budget first

All in all i think the Roblox market is cooked right now, unless you've been in the game for ages or a really competent scripter
