Hot? Dumbass nigga. You pour boiled water to soften the dry crunchy Weetbix: essential u follow goldilocks theory, then you add sugar over top and add cold milk to cool it/melt sugar/do any further softening.

Even then I find them easy to eat, leave them long enough to become the right texture (not too sloppy) and I can easily eat them. I usually have 4 with either banana, mixed nuts or raisins.
