I don't encourage you to do drugs but the negative affects (aside from addiction) are overblown. If you get real drugs that aren't cut with something else then they're mostly fine (assuming you do them in moderation)

For example the biggest problems with cocaine would probably be never eating & never sleeping. It's not that the powder itself is inherently harmful but it leads to you making harmful decisions like not eating, not getting adequate nutrition, never sleeping, etc.
