I had a couple of times that I would just get randomly ill, bedridden and puking and stuff and then nothing for months. One time it started with a cigarette lol it's over for badimmunitysystemcels

i used to get sick till i started taking vitamin d and magnesiun now legit people coughing and dying around me at school and i dont even get a sore throat or anything and i can walk outside in the rain with a t shirt and nothing happens lol my immune system way better nowadays
