why is it that people get flashbacks at certain stuff rhat remind them of trauma? they get triggered by it
like some people have certain stuff thay triggers them because of past stuff thay happened
although i’ve went thru a lot, i’ve never gotten that. and i’ve been able to leave “trauma” behind me very easily although it probably did have an impact on my personality. i never even think about it though
