while i was buying underwear on the boxes, all the models are not muscular

they are ALL tall and long limbed with great proportions, small nipples with wide space between them, lowish bf% but nothing major....they dont even have 6 pack LOL

you need big quads imo, one of the main muscles that must be trained

wide hips are undesirable compared to narrow ones relative to shoulder width it is what it is.

I don't even have narrow hips. shoulders should be way wider than hips for a body women have RAW desire for tho . its known
