I’ve noticed that in UK, women greet you with “how are you?”, while men greet you with “alright?”

yes. the women tend to say "good morning" rather than "morning" and so on. always in their very exaggerated tones n their heads tilted back. certainly elongated words too

Usually I say “you alright?” to women, and “alright?” or “alright mate?” to men
