Tbh I eat meat I’ve been given an exemption for it

But yeah lent fast is harder than that Ramadan one. It’s longer and the dietary restrictions make it far more stressful imo

Only thing easier is that most of us drink juice and water but some jurisdictions are hardcore like the Ethiopians/Eritreans which do a dry fast with no liquids and full vegan as well
