I’ve realised I’m always scared of losing the good things in life. Is this normal or some kind of trauma response

Whenever something good happens to me the first thought that comes to my head is how long it'll take for everything to fall apart

Yeah but it also takes away from the moment
I want to be present in the moment

why wouldn't be scared of losing good things ? we as humans always wanna be happy around things we love if u arent scared to lose good things then that's unnatural
