i've realized something very critical

i used to be very bitter and cold about being ugly/a incel. i thought my life would never be completed and there was no purpose. if i woke up one day, nothing would happen so why do i even wake up? but today, i realized that i complete myself. i don't need anyone else to dictate my feelings. i also realized being a incel isn't that bad. for example, dating only adds to you. the only thing a relationship adds is physical affection, differing perspectives, the feeling of being wanted etc. you don't need that to be happy. i mean u probably need to feel wanted but if u want/love yourself then ur good. like when u break up with someone ur probably sad bc it feels like losing something that completes u but you're not losing something that completes u, ur js losing ur dopamine source dood. like when u realize that person isn't the only thing that makes u happy u feel better prolly. and obviously ppl r gonna be like "cope" but i actually felt pleased with myself this week.
